Anyone going ? Nopi is coming to Jersey on August 27/28..Atco is close to Philly also..



On August 27 & 28, the NOPI Guys bring all the fun and excitement of a professional drag race event to Atco Raceway. Sport compact drag racing NDRA style is sure to hit a new level in 2005 as the NDRA brings it's new Street Bike Classes to field.


This year's car show at Atco will feature nearly a hundred classes of show and sound competitions are sure to lure the hottest rides around for the thousands of dollars in cash and awards. The cars are the stars.


What would an event like this be without entertainment? Just when the night racing heats up, the now famous NOPI Saturday Night Freak Show with Jbird and musical guest Kudzu and his band are guaranteed to rock your world. Don't miss out on the swimsuit competition where contestants will be competing for a place in the NOPI NATIONALS swimsuit semi finals.

As of late.....Atco shows have really suked. Not sure if it's the promotor or just the event, but the shows have drawn at max, 100 cars. Right down the street from me, but I'm not going....

It's Nopi so it should be a lot more things than just cars. I went to Hondafest last week in Englishtown and that wasn't too great either.

I pass atco raceway every day and never went to see an event. Saw all the signs and stuff up today for the event. Maybe i'll think about going.

I am always on my way back to school when they have Nopi. Cops are always everywhere, and the ricers coming from N. Jersey off the Turnpike on 206 south (I am going north on 206 to school) are everywhere!

Anyone go?
