And incase everyone doesnt understand the concept of paypal'ing the money:
A) It allows the ppl organizing time to go shopping and not have to lay out all of theyre own money
B) It confirms that ppl are going to be there, instead of saying "Yea, go shopping get food... Ill give you the money when I get there" but never show up then the person organizing is stuck for money

Why don't we plan a NY-CT-NJ meet that doesn't require advance payment or any work. Pick a place that has access to parking, and refreshments. I'm sure people will decide to show up at the last minute but with advance payment noone wants to commit in advance.
