Yes, from leg 4 it's about the same distance to go the Rt.211 way then to go all the way out I-66 to Front Royal.

And the weather is supposed to be great!! and this time I will be there and then we will see who can really drive!! I will separate the men from the boys and it takes more than horsepower to do that.

And like I said in previous trips to Skyline..........Guys Rt. 211 has real cliffs and is no joke so do not push yourself or your car past its limits please. Dont hurt yourself or someone else trying to keep up with your ego.I speak from years of driving / racing experience so I can walk the talk but in turn I do know when to back down.

You've inspired me to post the video I made from our Prelude meet in May of this year, including the 211 climb in the first part of the video...this road is a must to hit guys!

We weren't pushing it at all. There is one decreasing radius right hander that someone looses the back end on, you can hear their tires if you turn the volume up.

I thought the speed limit was 25 or 35 through the entire park? People do not need to worry about "cliffs" and "pushing too hard" if they do the speed limit.

I hope not or I'm bailing off the caravan. I only push my car when it's safe to do so(ie: no other cars around or on the track). Pushing it on Skyline drive is stupid for many reasons:
1. Little families hiking along the roads
2. Cars stopped in the road taking pictures of Bear, Bambi, Squirrels, etc.
3. Speed limit is 35mph on the entire length of Skyline Drive.
4. A wreckless driving ticket on Skyline Drive is a Federal Offense (National Park), your car is impounded, you are arrested, Do not pass Go, do not collect $200.

Yeah, I'll only be pushin it hard in safe areas as well but even then not that much cuz of the rocky driving record. With my luck I'd be the only car to get pulled over out of a 30 car caravan! Oh and the 4cyl auto doesnt help

This site is dominated by TL's in the MD/DC/VA area! I dont know why they call it "Acurazine" It needs to be called " TLazine"! LOL! But the TSX's and CL's are on the uprise!! If you want to invite more RSX's you need to goto the RSX/Civic forums.

Also to touch on some of the above topics. Fellas we are all adults here show some responsibility on the roads. We will not speed on Skyline Dr. period! That road is for scenic purposes only! Rt. 211 is where we will have our fun! But still be respectful of other drivers. Notice in my video I had no cars in front of me and we kept safe spacing. Then when I caught up to a slow driving car I slowed down. I realize at times we will be grouped up like a SCCA race but just be mindful of other drivers cars.

Ok cool. Some RSX guys are cool but a lot of them are crazy kids, mean no disrespect of course.

The TL group is probably more like the S2000 group, more laid back and civil, with half of them being old guys like me.
