i was there sporting my 06 corolla rental its a shame there were 2 TL's and one or two TSX's. and one CL but he never stopped just drove around a few times. its dissapointing when there are more NSX's than TL-CL-TSX combined.

I saw some nice cars but rest was just smiliar stuff. The best one was a 86 panda and crazy nsx (shitty driver).

The NSX was nice until you get up close to it and see how messed up the paint is. Cracks and chips everywhere.

I liked the late 80's (I think) RX7 with the LS1 motor in it
Some nice Supra's there too. Must have been 1200 HP in two of them alone

I didnt see that RX7 but did see those awesome supras. The reason I said shitty driver because he almost stall the car 3 times getting out of his parking spot.

Soooooo we didn't get a whole lot of peepz out for various reasons. It's alright, we all understand. We have to set up a meet for next month; how does that sound? Acuras only! (lol) Maybe we can get the NSX guys to come out too.

I made it back late last night...from Detroit. I can confirm I didn't see too many Acura's haning around that town the week I was there!

I called this afternoon to see if my RDX is in, but my call wasn't returned. I'm assuming that means...it's not in yet.

Still waiting on my Red RDX!!

BTW - I think I want to the windows tinted...anyone have any recommendtions on where I can get that done around here?

Not a problem, I don't mine the drive! AND I know there's not a whole lot of people that would mind either. You know who you are. Don't whine about it...lol. We'll stop by the teriyaki joint to get some food and do a drive up north! I'm thinking ALKI beach, GasWorks park, or Queen Anne hill...rain or shine! bring your umbrellas just in case!

P.S. Official count at the mega meet was over 150 cars!

 

i think it was closer to 200 because there were over 200 parking spots almost all of them were full. then people were coming and leaving all the time.

also if it does rain we can find a covered parking area and do it there. or go grab some food and BS for a few.

 

Should meet up at the Lynnwood Mall, it has covered parking space and good resturants too.

 

thats a bit far for me but ill still be in if i know we are going to have more than 2 or 3 cars show up. i would like to see a decent amount of cars show up to one of the meets am able to make.

 

yeah, I think Seattle is the best area to meet for everyone. I want this to be a small meet not like last time.

Middle of October as I'm checking out my calender. We can make it kind of Halloweenish for the kids if anybody decides to bring them.

 

I dont know about halloween time. I say little earier for us, who is in school. plus, the weather isn't going to be sunny as right now.

 

oops..i was looking at September...damnit...October 7-8 I have Reserve weekend and it will start getting darker ...and darker as 4pm rolls around...14th anybody? Damn you school kids...lol...I'm in school too. October 14th or 15th we can do an all day thing since it will be in Seattle. Umbrellas are a must too just in case. Hopefully nobody here thinks they'll melt in the rain.

Wow! So much "Meet motivation" around here. It's getting to be that "not so good" for meet time in the PNW. It's pretty much gayrunteed to rain in Seattle from here out. We better start planning Tokyo Drift style meets in parking garages.

 

Well if it does rain we can always have a back up plan...i remember one of our members works at a seattle parking garage...we can hook it up with our own Seattle Drift
