THE WINGED WARRIOR PERFORMANCE CHALLENGE
INDIANA AREA PEOPLE AND ALL SURROUNDING STATES

This will take place just outside of Indianapolis in Anderson Indiana.
One of the main guys putting this event together, Kevin Butterfield, has invited all Acurazine.com members to this great Charity Event to support the Children's Hospital here in Indiana. We are all welcome to attend as well as sign up to be considered for one of the spots in the Team Import to compete in the Challenge Events. This looks like a real fun time with lots of challenges including....
Autocourse (autocross with both high and low speed sections)
Skidpad
Drag Race
0-60 (timed on same pass as drag race)
Slalom
100mph - 0mph braking
Car Show (performance cars judged, but score does not effect performance challenge score)
Anyone and everyone is welcome to the event, but to compete in the events, you must properly register though their web site, ect. and meet the qualifications in the rule book as shown on their site. (no big deal....car registered/plated, ect. seatbelts, the list goes on...most all street cars meet it though....ultra hi-performance cars might have an issue with tires though....certain tire restrictions, ect. - but there are lots of high HP cars out there...they are still filling the field to round out the competition though...so they need ALL TYPES OF CARS!!) They are looking to fill ACURA spots in the field....so he urged us all to register for both the performance challenge as well as the car show segments!! (and of course....they are hoping to get somebody over with an NSX to represent too...among us others)
You can also register for just the car show too, if that interests you more than the performance challenge part.....or you can register for both!
Check it out...I think there should be some good interest from Acurazine members to attend this event or register for the performance challenge. I have already signed up!! Hope to see you guys there!!
