I figure we could keep the other thread for people to check in who live in the area who want to attend meets in general, and then I (or whomever really) will spawn new threads when we are actually going to have a meet.

I'm down for a road trip... that is if you don't mind a 1/2 stock 1st Generation TL there... lol... and not so clean... click on "1st Generation TL" on my signature to see what i mean... but again... i'm down for any of the 3 Sundays...
talking about Sundays, how about at a ice cream place... and right before sun down so we can see each others car in at least a bit of sunlight... i'm about 4 hours north of LA... so hit me up on whats going to go down... ... ...
P.S. two meets for me in Oct. would be cool... one in SF and one in E.Ventura...

OK Kids, how does the 23rd or 24th sound?
We got 2 people who can only comeon Sundays and some people have plans the weekend of the 9th and 16th.
So is Sunday the 24th OK for everyone?

This is going to be in Ventura right... near Oxnard??? All I have to drive is 101 South for 3 hours 50 minutes... Oh, and i'm 99% sure i'm going to this... sooo, whats the head count??? 3 TL's would be cool, 5 even better the more the marrier... 10 would be just awsome!!! any more and people would think we were selling cars... but that would be hell of cool... count me in, i've never been to one of these...

The date was picked merely as it seemed to be the best date for the most attendees. Personally I'm good any of those Sat n Suns.
As for the location, the only insight I had into the area was a friend who said he saw a Corvette meet at a nice Park off the 23 Fwy. As far as meeting at an ice cream parlor or a restraunt or whatever, doesnt matter to me. We can always meet at 1 location and then do a nice little Caravan to another. Again, it doesnt really matter to me one way or the other. There is a DQ right next to a FatBurger in Simi, but I'll research some eats in the TO area as well tho.
Spooky: It prolly wont be in Ventura, but a tad further. Stay on the 101 past Oxnard and then up the grade into Thousand Oaks. Then its either gonna be off the 101 in that area or else your gonna jump on the 23 north for 1-3 exits (See Map I Linked to previously). Either way its not very far from Oxnard. Also, Spooky, what time do you think you could be down there? I was hoping to get together like mid afternoon.

Yeah Salut. I'll wait till end of this week for input from other members, maybe harass soem of the locals via PM on Wed if they havent chimed in, and then finalize the time, location, date over the weekend.
Then I'm going to add all that info to the TL, CL and TSX Calendar's. Not sure if everyone knows, but Way up at the top aliong the Blue bar where it says User CP at the left side, in the middle is a link to the Site Calendar.

I know VTEC=Happiness is in porter ranch which is not far... I also have a buddy (A-TL = Hyeenger) who is in Reseda...

Conejo Creek Park North is my freeeekin backyard! Well ok, its 1 mile from me. The only problem is im not a TL owner......But a detailer who has a thing for sweet cars. Im game....Im contemplating a BBQ ? I have Park district connections, let me see if we can get a pavillion area.
