CT, NY, NJ, MA Meet?
I was thinking about organizing a meet. i was looking to get an idea of how many people would be interested in attending so i can find a decent location with enough parking. I was thinking about setting it up at a state park in CT. if any of u know a good location let me know

Hrm, most state parks are probably going to cost some money to get in, but Hammenassette state park is pretty big with big parking all over and on the water. Thats in madison CT, also theres harkness state park in waterford,ct that is also very nice with parking and water views.

ok then lets decide on a location........somewhere we can show off our cars to other people and not get shit from the cops. thats why i was thinking state park with a big lot. any ideas?

I'm not familar with the CT area, but a state park that will allow us to be there would be a good location. Are there enough people interested to actually have the meet? Since its 4 states...i'm hoping it would be a big turnout.

well we dont need a lot of people to have a meet....it doesnt really matter to me whether its big or not. I just wanna meet some of the AZ members and have a good time.

plus this place is wicked easy to get to. Just take exit 62 off of 95 in CT, same exit for both North and South. Then if coming from 95N just take a right off the exit ramp (Left for those coming from 95S) and that dumps you on the hammonasset connector(nice 2 lane straightway) and you take it right to the park.
and please do the 9th, for once it would be a meet that is like 5 minutes from where i would be that day
haha.oh and it will cost money to get into, like any state park. 9 for CT registered vehicles 14 for outof state

Sounds like a good idea...but you may want a little more time to get more people interested. July 9th may come around too quickly to plan a meet that would be as good as you hope it will be. I'll be up that way visiting family the end of August and it would be cool if there were a meet that weekend but I am not asking you to put this meet off until then. I just think that it may be too quick.

snowman has a good point. Especially since there is an RI meet scheduled for the week later on the 16th of july. A possible august meet would probably be a better day since it gives another month in between meets around the NE area. And more time for more mods to get done Either way i'm sure you'll get people to come down regardless

ok then maybe we should put this off....the only reason i was rushing is cause im leavin the country on the 15th and ill be back mid august. so i guess if this isnt gonna work out ill put it off till i get back. someone else like malingator can take over if he wants and organize it for a later date

I was thinking of a early fall meet here...like early Sept...better weather... I'll set one up for then.. I'll even do it somewhere "cop" friendly for Sick... 
I was even thinking of a Honda dealer here that does Honda cruise nights once or twice a month. It would be nice to have a big row of TL's and CL's to give the Honda crowd a little more "high end"
If anyone wants to come down for two shows..July 9th..and then again on July 23..both are Sundays.. myself and Photopro30 are going..his 3rd gen should be all hooked up by then...Ron Jon wheels, drop, cold air, and a few new A/V toys..

We got one goin in Aug, in either Yonkers, NY or NJ. Totally sponsored by RonJon Sport Design, we're gettin a permit, room for 100+ cars, free food, drinks, and possibly a raffle for a set of wheels or a bodykit. Gonna be crazy, Me and Franklin are organizing it and we will be advertising it in the banner up top to get as many members as possible to join in.

Hammonasset State Park Meet concedes..
Okay... so the Hammonasset State Park meet that was being planned for 8/12-8/13 has been put on hold in order to gain more attendees for this Ron Jon Sponsored meet. We hope that all that were planning to meet at the Hammonasset State Park will attend and show support!!
