The time has come....

For anyone who hasn't been there, the place is absolutely HUGE!! Plenty of space(464 acres) for a cookout, volleyball, beach, scenic photography, and best of all....A MEET!!

I would like to make this convenient for everyone as far as a date is concerned. So far, from previous posts I've read, it seems like Aug. 2nd-3rd, or Aug. 30-31 would be the best time for it.

Let's get some feedback and decide on either Saturday or Sunday of the above posted dates so this thread can be turned into a sticky ...

Just realized the 30th-31st is Labor day weekend so some may have other plans....possibly the 23rd or 24th?...just throwing it out there...

I think we should push the start time up a couple of hours. On a nice sunny day,CSP can get packed as we saw last time and I would hate to not have a nice, shady spot to park.

Maybe 10AM? And what about viddles? BYOS?

....what he said. It does get packed there at times, so an early start would be good to claim a spot in the park. I think B.Y.O.S. is a good idea if you plan on grillin...

There are places to eat nearby if you don't feel like haulin stuff in your trunk.
