Calgary, Alberta Summer Meet, Wednesday July 18th 2007
Since our Spring meet was so much fun I was thinking we should organize a Summer meet and BBQ. We had 7 show up last time lets go for more now!
If you're interested post some possible dates and locations for a small cruise and a place to relax and BBQ some food.

I think all forum members in Calgary should join in. CL, TSX, RL, TL all generations, MDX, RDX. So it sounds like most people are thinking sometime after Stampede time. (July 6-15) How about Sunday July 15? Any other opinions?

July 15th probably will not work for me - family in town for the weekend.
Just a thought to throw out there . . . a weeknight meet may work too (Hot Summer Nights!!)

That sounds good with me. We need to find a spot that we could get some really cool night shots! I'm still pissed that I couldn't make it out to canmore last time, those pics are sweet!!

How about Wed July 18th? We could meet for a BBQ then a cruise.
And then is the weather is bad we could use the next Wed July 25 as an alternate.
I know it's weird to have it during the week but it would be nice to have as many cars as possible to show up and if people don't have time on weekends then this is what we'll have to do.

Maybe might be able to make it, but its a 2 and a half hour drive from Edmonton to calgary then still got to come back.
Theres that big cancer cruise thing maybe just meet up there?
Someone in edmonton should post this on 780tuners.com and beyond.ca or whatever it is. Once a final time and place has been decided though.

The tentative date will be Wednesday, July 18th. I'm thinking 7-7:30pm at North Glenmore park again. Let me know if this time doesn't work for you and we can look into making it a later week.

Sad news...my TL is up for sale, so I probably won't be able to make it( looking a sport's wagon now that we are due to be having another child this fall. Car is on Auto Trader atm...probably over priced but heh not in a hurry atm.

I've got a thread on Beyond.ca now about the meet so hopefully that will drag some people out of hiding.
Would somebody from Edmonton post something on your forums? 780tuners?
You know what I'm thinking? Beyond has their "weekly" meets at Chinook centre in the upper parkade by the Zellers. Maybe we could all just meet there and have our own AcuraZine section. The Beyond meet is every wednesday at 7:30-8pm. Any thoughts?

Hey this is off topic but what do you guys put on for winter wheels? Steelies, 2nd set of rims, or same wheels all year?

I use my stock 17's in the winter with Blizzaks on them and my A-Spec rims in the summer. Don't put on steelies, this car is too nice for something like that.
