Let's see....if it's at the Chandler Mall, probably the best spot (or easiest to find) would be either near the Harkins Theatres or near the Sears Auto Care center. If it's Harkins, the parking at about 2:00pm may be a bit crowded, but there should be plenty of open space at the end of the lot across from Harkins....kinda out there near the outer circle drive. Also, there usually aren't too many cars (I think) at the Sears Auto Center which is a separate building and parking lot that is also around that outer circle drive.

For those not familiar with the area, the mall is located at the southwest corner of Chandler Blvd. and the 101 freeway. I think Harkins is sort of around the south end of the mall while the Sears Auto Center is around the southwest end of the mall....please correct me if I'm wrong for those more familiar with the area.

I don't go to the malls too often nor do I do a whole lot in the area. I will definitely try to make it there 'cause I really want to check out your rides and hang out a bit with you guys. Hopefully my termite treatment will be done by 2:00pm and I can make it there.

For more info of the mall, checkout http://chandlermall.westcor.com/

Other than Logan, I think I'm the furthest out and I'll do the drive to Chandler Mall. It'll give me a good excuse to get out there and check the place out. See you all there.

hey I don't mean to change the thread but I figure this is the best place to get all the AZ people at once...

I want to get comptech headers and springs and koni yellows installed. Anyone know a good place to do this? One dealer up here will only install them if I buy there, and the other quoted me $1,000. Are there any good shops around with better prices than this?

If you can help me out I would really appreciate it...PM me or my email is MPgn04@yahoo.com.

Thanks.... cya saturday.

I've had my springs and apex'i V-afc instaled at "SRD (superior racing development)" they are in Tempe I think it was $140 for the spring install if I recall.

Or try this speed shop...I've never used them but I've talked to the president for about 20min. Very nice guy and VERY nice shop.

Called "dyno-comp" 8295 E. Raintree dr. suite A Scottsale, AZ 85260
phone # 480-596-0500

I know Logan had a ton of work done with this shop. Call them and ask them what you want installed and tell me what they say...I'm just curious.

sounds good Beetroot I don't know about a local shop (I installed my springs myself) but I'm sure some of the other guys can suggest a place.

thanks Jerry for the location suggestion at the mall. So we'll try to meet at the end of the lot across from Harkins Theaters at the Chandler Mall at 2:00. The address for the theater is 3159 W Chandler Blvd, Chandler. Take the 101 south to Chandler Blvd, go west a little then turn into the mall.

Justin, sounds good about Fotis and the rest! Hopefully everybody can make it.

I'm hoping we won't have problems finding the location. I'll try to get there a little early so if anybody does get lost, give me a ring on my cell: 480-577-2397. -Fred

I just wanted to add that you'll see the Harkins sign on two sides of the mall....it would be easier to go to the side of the theater where you can buy the tickets and park at the end of the lot (near the outer circle of the mall). If it helps any, like I mentioned before, there is a Sears auto center that is a separate building from the mall that is just outside of the that circle drive...that should be near where you guys can meet.

okay, I went there today and the Harkins theater is in the *back* of the mall (south side). There are two theater entrances (as gsrblack mentioned)- let's meet on the side nearest the Sears auto center (not the one near the main mall entrance) in the parking lot area nearest the mall perimeter road.

Parking may be tight. If it's too tight, there's a new Target on the other side of the road that has plenty of parking.

Sorry to hear you can't make it Bug. Hopefully next time.

Dude, like what the heck? Damage to your car? You know what happened to it? Did someone really kick it in?

People have no respect for other's property. That's so crappy.

Well, we'll check it out.....don't mind if my car arrives there dirty. No time to wash, especially since my house is being worked on. I'll show off my sport utility car....pretty neat...all equipped to carry bikes and stuff too.

Wow, couldn't believe we had 7 CL-S there....record? Anyways, it was nice to meet all of you and see your clean rides. Hopefully for those that stayed, you didn't party too late. Thanks for all coming down to my part of town and just hang out...I think I had the most stock car out of anyone (never done a thing other than that bike rack). The mod itch is starting to hit me!

Next time, for sure we need to do a drive somewhere!

mmmmmm, Miller Lite... lol

Pics alone don't do your car justice Aaron. somebody should've videotaped it when you were putting the hydraulics to use. it's crazy to see a car do that, especially a CL

Cool New to Arizona!

I just moved from Chicago and looking for an Acura CL group. Where are you guys from? I live in Scottsdale... Shoot me a msg when you guys are next deciding to get together.

I have a '97 CL 3.0. I have driven this baby for a while. It's got 212K miles on the original Tranny and engine. Still runs strong too!

I moved here because I am going to start an automotive company and do some designing. I would like to meet some people who are excited about cars, especially the Acura design concepts and possibly looking to develop into more than just a hobby.....but a way of life!

Thanks, I have already got some great repair tips from this community and learned alot!

Later....
