Guys, I'd like to propose Sunday, May 4th to everyone. I can't do a meet on any Saturday because I work to 3PM each Saturday. Sunday, May 11th is Mother's Day. So what does everyone think of Sunday, May 4th?

Guys, please let us know if that date works for everyone. Let's hopefully run with that date then. Maybe Buda can still talk to Stacy at Superior Acura about them either sponsoring the event and/or being there as well. Plus, we need to find a place to have the event too. Maybe Stacy at Superior Acura can shed some light on where to have the event.

Should we see if Buda can talk to his contact at Superior Acura first? Maybe he has a place to have the meet to tie in with the dealership? If not, should we figure out a hotel for everyone to stay at, call the hotel and see if they wouldn't mind if we had alot of cars in their parking lot for an afternoon?

Sorry guys, I've been swamped! I'll get a hold of stacy to see about Sunday May 4th and what can be done. The dealership is closed that day as far as I know so getting sponsorship may be harder to pull off. Anyone know people on the NSX forums? We had a couple show up to the MN meet I helped with. It would be cool if we could find some for this meet. Also I could talk to KC Trends about sponsorship. We need to get a bigger head count and getting some sponsorship will be easier.

At the meet in MN, we actually got local tint shops and car washes to provide some prizes and we had contest categories at the meet. However since it looks like a lot of people may be out of towners, this may not be feasible. Let me know your thoughts on this.

Also I may be able to let some people crash at my place if I'm able to attend that weekend. There is a possibility of having to go to Texas that weekend for me.

I just heard back from Stacey. He has to talk to the GM but said it may take a bit as they are very busy right now with the new expansion to the building they took over next door. I should hear back from him no later than a week from now. Otherwise I'll go in and talk to the GM myself. However as a contingency plan we should look at other options just in case.

Micheal and Steven, let's meet up this weekend if we can and go over some ideas and options for other locations. We can meet out or at my place. Micheal, I have time to help install the exhaust this weekend as well.
