Absolutely ! That's only a little smaller than the boat that's already there. It's not in the picture but it's normally hanging just to the left of the couch and tables.

But bring it ! There is a private ramp in the community. We can drag race people in tubes.

dumfries is the best, i drove past there before. I was thinking..this might have be a good idea cause ill be driving down there to get to the amtrak station to take my car to tampa for school so this could be a possibility, my mom will just have to drive her car down at a later date or something...hmm..

I want to come real bad but its about a 4 hour drive from philly thats my only concern. If anyone from around here wants to caravan down there with me i think that would make it a less borning drive. But also I have some questions (keep in mind i am 17). That be my first question. Would having an under aged kid at the house be in voilation of the rent/lease contract. I wouldnt be drinking. And a ballpark cost? I am poor high school student so I need to start saving. And anything is good for me.

There is no rent/lease contract. The house is not a rental, it's a private residence. We haven't come up with a cost yet. As we get a little closer we will start firming up those details. It won't be expensive though, bring your own beverages, we'll do burgers and dogs on the grill and anything else you all want to do.
