Yup, I think we need more charcoal because we are bringing a good amount of meat.

We may have chicken covered so if you guys want to bring other types of things we can grill, I'd suggest at Costco (flap meat aka flank steak, tri tip are all good options) They go for about $4.99/lb. You guys can also buy some hot links/sasuages at Costco, those are really good as well.

Other cuts are available but will cost more so up to you guys.

Just pack all your meat into coolers with plenty of ice and it should be fine. Let's not get everyone sick now. Because beach facilities are really nasty!

I have a little bit of charcoal left i want to get rid of, so i'll bring that as well.

Are there going to be any restaurants nearby that someone can get rice? There are a few ppl that are planning to get stuff at the meeting spot.

i say, those who are bringing things to be grilled shoudl look out on atleast their charcoal bags -- either say you need it and if you can bring it or not. lighterfluid shouldnt be a problem but you can always take whatever charc/fluid you dont use back with you, you know?

I don't think those brushes can scrape off what's accumulated on those grills. Might have to aluminum foil them up

Just don't be like this

It doesn't have to be meat, it could be specialty dishes or some side dishes.
