Any information about superchargers for the ZDX? As expected, zero info in the Internet about s/c for ZDX, only found Rotrex s/c for MDX and a case of installation a Comptech s/c for RL here on acurazine. Since engine is the same for mentionted Acuras, there's got to be some solution.

Anyone heard anything related?

i think mdx and zdx have exact same engine, i do not see why a supercharger for mdx wont fit the zdx.

Nah, bad idea trying to kill a twinturbo V8 with a s/c'ed V6 :P
Just some more power for fun, I'd consider that if there were ready solutions out there
I'm surprised that Comptech doesn't offer a supercharger for a 3.7L V6

there is a s/c for the 4th gen TL.
if you're really serious, i'd check out the TL side and explore the S/C option.
I believe comptech did in fact make it for the 4th gen TL.

Yeah I found a thread about s/c'ed TL, although I didn't figure if it was a 3.7 motor.

Comptech website somehow doesn't have section for street cars tuning anymore (it was there a couple of years ago).

Some chinese enthusiasts install a Rotrex s/c on MDX

but there's no any other info about that install, who knows, maybe the motor or tranny blew up soon

I hoped to find some more or less ready or tested solution atleast for MDX since there are quite few ZDX around

I believe the 4G test model is a 6MT SH-AWD, which only came in the 3.7L configuration.

I would start asking questions in that thread.
Comptech and that dealer made it work, and it could be possibly ported over to the ZDX.

So I e-mailed a bunch of shops (including CT Engineering that supposedly built a s/c TL) dregarding the supercharger, aftermarket intake and exhaust options and got no answer. Probably they decided I am nuts
One shop forwarded me to a performance parts shop, which also did not give any options as well.

^didnt click the link, but I bet that its an incomplete kit/having problems with tuning, etc.

there is a turbo kit out for the 3G TL which utilizes a brand new ECU.
J&R is a game changer with the J series.

he's been asking for a test fitter for a turbo on the 4G TL.
WHy dont you guys explore what we have done on the 3G and 4G TL.
after all, it is the same J series motor.

if you guys were serious about power, I would be calling Rodney ASAP.

i think you're right Justn. It just shows the turbo described as Universal Fit. I doubt its a kit with software/ecu elements.
