My 2010 ZDX (Tech) has a chronic problem with the steering wheel controls; after turning, often the volume control will change the channel, and the channel controls will change mode, etc.

The button cluster, cable reel, head unit, and steering wheel have all been replaced by the dealer. After each repair, the controls functioned OK for about 2-3 months, then the problem returned.

Has anyone else experience this problem and identified a fix?

This was a serious problem for me when I had my 2009 TL. It would irritate the shit out of me when I would try to turn up the volume and instead it would skip to the next track on the HDD. I chalked it up to it being one of the glitches of buying a first year model. I've never ever had this problem on my 2013 Z. Perhaps it's because it's the last model year and a slight refresh and they've had time to correct the problem.
