For some reason I don’t think my last post saved. Any way its a 2013 Crystal Black Pearl with seacost interior. It has 37K miles, I spent 27K but its a CPO so not too steep of a price. I just got the windows tinted so I will post a few pics in a few days. I’m thinking of changing out the wheels for those Vossen CV1s. $550.00 wasn’t to steep a price either.

Just added LED lights for the backup gifts, cargo area, and Daytime Running Lights. Looks sweet but I hate that I get an error message with the DRL. I’ve erased the code twice but it keeps coming back. I wish I get to stay off permanently.

Nice.....I would have been tempted to get that one myself, if it had been for sale back in June. I couldn't resist the white pearl though. I do remember the feeling the day it arrived though.....congrats.

That white interior on ZDX I just love!!!
Maybe you should have Error free bulbs
cause the system detects the low power drawn and thinks it’s faulty. Error free bulbs have resistors built in

then let me know how to get my little hand in there so I can do mine !

I still think the ZDX was a cool looking SUV ahead of it's time with design.

New MDX owner

Just got a 2010 ZDX a couple of weeks ago and love it. Except for the acceleration, I did expect a little more responsiveness from the engine with 270 lb ft. Anyone have experience with performance upgrades on them?

Cool! Love the ZDX! Best thing you can do, IMO, is tge RV-6 Jpipe. It should give you better throttke response and a little sound.

As a native of Louisiana, and a resident of Mississippi, I can say Mississippi has probably the easiest licensing laws in the U.S.

To register a car, you show up to the courthouse, provide title, tax receipt, bill of sale and pick up new plates and pay registration. Takes about 15 minutes.

To get a driver's licence, you show up to your local state troppers office, show proof of address, birth certificate, SS card, take an eye exam, 30 question computer test, a 10 minute test drive and pay $25. Takes about 1-2 hours.

Louisiana, is much different, part of the reason why I left. I'd love to visit Virginia, specifically Alexandria/Annandale and Richmond, maybe Norfolk, but between insane laws and snow, I don't think I could ever live there. Also, MS landscape is almost identical, from pictures and videos I've seen!

Love the Acuras! Cool ZDX!

Speaking of Tags , we just bought a 2017 Q60 out of Chicago and they made us pay them for our tags , I noticed the amount sales tax he billed me was about $400 higher than it would be if I got my own tags in KC like I always do. I’m sure it’s a reason why they made us pay there , I bet they charge you more taxes.

In LA, registration stickers are two years at $25. In MS, they are one year and are pro-rated on value/age of vehicle. My 2008 Camry and TL were about $35 a year, but my 2011 Kia was $88.

I know someone with a 2015 Optima with special plates that paid well over $300 last year, so there is a down side. Taxes are 7% in MS and 11% in LA, depending on county/parish.

Also, in MS, after a vehicle turns 25, it can be considered "Antique" and no longer requires an annual registration sticker.

Let's not forget, in 2015, MS did away with all vehicle inspections so feel free to mod whatever!

I just saw my first ZDX in person today. I was on the highway this morning and tried to get a picture. After almost rear ending someone, I figured that I should probably focus on my driving. I love the look of them.
