Back when DualDiscs were the new up and coming thing I bought a few including Foo Fighters In Your Honor and a bunch of Talking Heads albums. It just so happens that some DualDiscs have DVD-A mixes on them.

Seeing as how the ELS system on the ZDX decodes DVD-A's (I listened to a regular non-DualDisc DVD-A of Beck's Guero as my first listen in the car after I bought it today), has anyone put a DualDisc in the ZDX player? I don't wanna screw up the player (DualDiscs are slightly larger than CDs), so I was hoping someone may have tried this already.

I guess I'll do a forum search here also, but since I've already typed this whole thing, I'll still post it.

Well, I took the plunge and put the Foo Fighters "In Your Honor" DualDisc in and...

It worked! So if anyone ever comes back to this thread, insert your DualDiscs with confidence.

Also, just as an aside, if anyone out there is interested in experiencing DVD-A in your ZDX, try to find the DVD-A's of The Beatles Love or Beck's Guero. They both highlight the 5.1 DVD-A system in your ZDX quite well. When you want to wow someone, these are go to discs.
