Hi,

I bought my 2012 Acura ZDX as a certified preowned with only 5k miles or something, but I just discovered that this was apparently enough time for it not to have the wheel nut wrench/jack handle, jack, jack handle bar, and extension bar.

I just want to lower the spare tire from the car, and that apparently needs me to put the entension bar into this whole in the trunk of the zdx and turn things.

When I shine a flashlight, I see a square bolt there. Does anyone know what size it is so that I can buy the appropriate size thing to get the spare hoisted down?

First, the dealership owes you the jack and all the tools normally underneath the trunk floor if you bought the car certified-- they are item #125 on the Acura CPO checklist.

Let the dealership make up for its mistake by giving you the tools and helping drop your spare down.
