Stock camber issue and wobble

Stock camber issue and wobble
I have a CSX (Canada) which I believe is based on the RSX platform (same as Honda Civic platform). My issue is that I'm running Toyo tires and have just put my car in for a 1B servicing (includes tire rotation). It came out of the garage with a slight wobble in the front. Nothing loose and it sounds more like a wub... wub... wub, as if needing balancing but I've already had them balanced on my last servicing. The mech said that it was the wear pattern on the tires caused by the rear camber and now since those tires are on the front (less camber) that this is the source of the sound and that there's nothing to be done (slight feel through the steering wheel). He said that it can happen with Toyo's because of their tread pattern and that it's less prominent on Michelin's.
Any insights on this from anyone? Am I just being fed a line?

No, no sound when in back and they've been rotated before and I've had the same tires before too with no sound, I'm taking it back to re-inquire, isn't that the whole point of tire rotation, even tread wear? Why would someone drive a car where the natural camber of the rear wheels caused some tires to wear and wobble when up front. Guess these were the questions I should've asked at the time...
