Clutch or TPS or ?

I have a 2003 Acura RSX Type S. With about 85 thousand miles on everything except the engine. The car shifts in to gear fine, but when I accelerate, the RPMs rev but there is a delay in the power/acceleration. I've run the codes and nothing pops up. I would think that if it was the Throttle Position Sensor, it would have thrown a code. I don't smell anything regarding the clutch and it seems to be shifting fine. I have an after market short arm K&N air intake that is not dirty. I'm trying to find the problem. Any ideas?
