Acura RSX Type-S start up issue
Hey guys,
I have a 2004 Acura RSX Type-S, and recently I've noticed it has an issue starting when it's cold. When my car is warm, it will start right up without any issue. Basically if I go out in the morning and start it, it will seem to fight me a little bit, and it's RPMs will stay around 1000 maybe slightly less, if I push the gas it will try to stall, but after a few seconds, probably 10-15 It will raise up to the 1,500 RPMs it's usually around and it's all good. Any ideas?
I've been told possibly a bad coil, also I've been told may be a leak in the vacuum (I don't know what they meant by that) but he says maybe when it's cold a small hole in the vacuum tube is exposed and when it warms up a bit the hole gets covered because the tube expands a little bit.
Any ideas guys?
