I have a 2002 RSX. Drove it last night and accelerator got stuck while on hwy. Car was racing. I tried to decelerate by breaking but car keep going. Managed to stop by turning key off, car rev up then turned off. I was at off ramp and light was red and not busy lucky for me. I tried starting car again, an issue stopped. No reving. I drove car at 80 mph and no issue. Made it home safely. This is the first time this happened to this RSX 2002. Can anyone help me. What is/ or do you think problem is? Is car safe to drive?
