ok so i bought this last year and it passed inspection and all but for some reason most of the time the rear driver brake light will not work. if it ever has, the bulb is fine as i rotated the bulbs from right side to left and visa versa.. thinking maybe the bulb was bad but it is not the bulb everything else appears to be fine.. suggestions here anything thanx
