'02 Type-S Noisy Start-Up- Cam Chain Tensioner Arm?

What's going on guys,

My friend's 2002 RSX Type-S has developed a squeaking sound when he initially starts the car. The duration of this sound lasts about 15 seconds and never really starts up again when it's driving. I know that cam chains such as the one featured on the RSX are known to produce such a sound so I wanted to know what precisely could be the culprit behind the squeaking? Could it be the Cam Chain Tensioner Arm? (ref. 11 in this diagram: http://bit.ly/iYAMAp)

I recall reading somewhere that the tensioner arm could occasionally move its position over time and cause friction, thereby producing a squeaking sound. Any input would be mucho appreciated!
