Possible Lemon: How to Contact Acura?
 

Even after replacing the airbag, my dealer hasn't been able to fix the problem of rubbing noise emanating from the steering wheel when turning. I need to take the next step. I know that I have to inform Acura of this issue in writing. I've found the address of Acura Client Relations. Should I sent mail to ACR? Or, is there a different mailing address?

What year is your ILX? There's a service bulletin for "excess material" on airbag module on the 16s and some 17s that the tech is supposed to trim off.

Have you tried calling and talking with client relations first? Usually that does the trick in getting dealerships to try harder.

Sorry, its excess material on the steering wheel wrap that goes under the airbag module, not on the airbag module itself.
