Looks like this will be a great resource but it's not working for me either.
I can't see where it's asking for vehicle information in that first link.

The method listed here wasn't working for me either, but this was:

1. Go to this link: https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-2004-2008-93/acura-servicenews-bulletins-588838/
2. Click the "link" under step 1 in the post you just navigated to
3. Test by downloading one of the bulletins in the link above
4. Come back here to download TSB's

Ahhh. For me the link pulls it straight up but probably only because I took the steps JVB posted.

Try from the model chooser...

If not then follow exactly what JVB said.

Clicking on the link in step 1 should bring you to http://estore.honda.com/acura/access...L&modelName=TL
You then need to click to go back to the model chooser because that is the TL TSB. From there click 2013 or 14 and then ILX. Once youve navigated there yourself the link I posted will probably work. That estore is weird.
