Thanks for the response, it vibrates, I mislead with term rattles. I tried not having anything in car also putting weight and removing thinking empty car vibrates etc., it didn't help.
also there is lot of road noi6se when speed is more than 50.
u mentioned about trim , I did not get that ..can u please elaborate?

Suspension related noise
My 2013 ILX has been making this same clunking noise from the front middle/right for over a month and a half now. Took it to several shops who either claimed they didn't hear sound or couldn't pinpoint issue. Went from possible mounts issue, to engine or transmission issue, or suspension related, but nothing was ever identified. I took it in to a shop who ended up finding a broken torque rod (aka lower mount). Had it fixed for $300 - the noise still remained and has gotten worse over the last few weeks. FINALLY found a mechanic today who seemed to know what he's talking about - drove the car, lifted it up, played around, and noted that it's the sway bar links. Right one needed immediate replacement - that's where the noise is coming from. Left is nearly ready also. Crossing fingers that this solves the issue and that no other damage to other suspension parts has occurred since I've been driving it.
The noise is so pretty severe - sounds like the car is literally falling apart! I can feel it in my pedals lightly while I drive. The noise is when I'm driving straight on ANY road that's not perfectly smooth. I'll roll up to a bump or stop light w/o pressing on pedal and the clanking and rattling is consistently loud.
Anyway - this is my experience. I'll update once I get the sway bar links replaced next week!

I'm surprised so many shops couldnt figure out the sway bar link is bad. That is usually first thing to check with any clunking noise coming from driving on shitty roads. In Michigan they're known to get beat up by our crappy roads.

Has anyone had this TSB applied (in or out of warranty)? Did it work? ILX sounds very noisy on any rough roads. Seems excessively harsh. Rides fine on smooth roads.

I have had this clunk for about a year now. Couldn’t figure it out for the life of me.
saw a few videos of other Honda’s with the same noise.
decided to buy 2 new front sway bar links from rock auto because hell if I’m paying $68 a piece for the oem Acura ones when I can snag the moog ones for $20 a pop.
this fixed my issue.
