Picked up my 2013 2.4 The other day..enjoying the car.

Was reading something about active nose cancelation in an article and wondering if my car has it or if it's only on the 14's. Anyone know?

Yea, the 2.4 does have active noise cancellation. This taken from the Edmunds:

Moving up to the Premium trims gets you 17-inch wheels, xenon headlamps, foglamps, leather upholstery, heated front seats, a power driver seat, a more advanced rearview camera, active noise cancellation (Hybrid excluded) and an upgraded seven-speaker sound system with satellite radio.

Also, I should note that its featured as a part in the Acura parts catalog for the 2.4s

Yeah, 2013 2.4's do have it. At least that's what I learned in here.

From a member that has removed the Microphone for the ANC, I can tell you the car is equipped with the feature .

If you install any aftermarket radio accessories, the ANC causes feedback through the signal and has to be removed in order for your radio to sound as it should.

For those that wonder, the microphone is in the headliner behind the map lights and moonroof switch.

Thanks for the info folks. Have been out of town and not able to follow up. Question was mostly out of curiosity.

The road noise level isn't bad but the reason I asked is it definitely doesn't sound like anything is dampened in my car. But then. .I'm good with a little road noise...I didn't buy a Bentley.

These extra threads are a headache to go through when searching for real information. Especially when this question could have been asked in the chat thread and in no way needed its own thread.

If you were the only user who posted a thread I saw as redundant or not needed that would be a different story but these threads are rampant.
