Anyone run a power lead to the fuse box?

Plan to install a Rexing Dash Cam camera in my 2016 ILX but I'm not sure of the best way to run a power lead from the camera itself to the fuse box under the hood. Has anyone run a wire from the dash area into the engine compartment? I haven't really looked close yet but I'm guessing it's not going to be easy. Any advice or tips would be appreciated. Doing this in my F150 was certainly a whole lot easier!

There should be another fuse panel in your driver or passenger side kick panel.. no need to run to the hood. Just go down the A pillar

Thanks, I took a quick look in the manual today and all I saw was a reference to the one under the hood. I'll double check that interior one, I can only guess how tight of a spot that's going to be to work on.
