2016 ILX sealed transmission?

Does the 2016 ILX have a sealed transmission? I looked though the owners manual and could not find the location of the transmission dipstick.
I like to change my transmission fluid myself, and not being able to do it is a deal breaker for me

there is definitely a way to change the fluid, just checked under my car today. There is a drain bolt and also a filler bolt on top

Ummm. What car on the road can you NOT change your own oil in?

They wont be made by Acura/Honda that is for damn sure. Hondas and Acuras alike are like legos. Everything is about as DIY as you can get with a car.

what do you want to know? I already posted a pic of the drain plug and there's also a filler bolt on top. Pretty simple drain and fill fluid procedure at this point I think

I too am trying to find transmission dip stick on my 2017 ilx and no success. In one of the videos, an MDX was shown to have a overflow hole rather than a dip stick. Is that what ILX have? Can anyone confirm?

There is no dipstick, just like any other manual transmission.
When I bought my '16 I looked under the hood (determining ease of diy). I asked about it and was told, "computer controlled manual, so it doesn't need one".

No dipstick. Just drain & replace fluid @ 60K

Drain bolt is on the bottom, fill bolt is on the top, marked with an Ink mark.

Drain fluid out, replace with 4Qts of Acura ATF Type 2 Fluid. Available online for ~$8 a quart or so.

Just like doing an oil change, easy.
