2015 Acura ILX- Humming Sound

Hi I drive a 2015 Acura ILX and I find that if I have the radio off and the AC on the lowest setting I constantly hear a humming sound coming from the bottom of my car it is exceptionally loud between 35 and 40 miles an hour when you keep study on the gas pedal then as you increase the speed it's still there but at a lower pitch. And then when you reach 55 miles an hour to 60 miles an hour you say study on the gas pedal it goes to a whistle. I am beyond upset because this is a really good looking car and I has a good drive I just don't understand how Acura can say this is a normal characteristic of the vehicle is super annoying and less you want to those people who blast their radio 24 seven but I don't! Is there anyone out there with the same issue and what can I do to make it quieter anything? I drive the 2.0 automatic transmission with 150 hp and I have the technology package.

No humming on my end but I did have other noises such as a popping click/snap coming from the rear of the car and rattling from the glovebox. The dealer was able to fix the noise from the glovebox but did not resolve the sound from the rear.
I brought the car in 5 times so I was pretty persistent but I just decided to live with the intermittent sound from the rear...until I got another car.
