2014 ILX Back-up Camera Replacement

I recently had troubles with my back-up camera after a complimentary rinse from an Acura oil change visit. The camera seemed to have water in it and now it's a fuzzy white when in use. A week or so later I returned to the dealership to review the camera and it turns out it's no longer good.

Since I no longer am under warranty for the 2014 model, the local dealership is charging me $1,900 CAD for parts and $100 CAD for labour. Is this the norm to replace a camera or is it absurdly high?

I'd just start looking over my shoulder at that price....

Get used parts, that's a rip off for such simple part.

Shoot. You could install that yourself in 20 minutes.

Thanks for the OEM site, I checked the site and the camera you linked was for the 2016 model which doesn't fit on the 2014 sedans. When I changed the vehicle to 2013-2015 editions the quoted price for replacement was $892.07! That's a huge difference between the 2016 and up editions which are only $208.39!

I'm not in the market for aftermarket parts, I'm wondering if there is a used market that you guys use to source parts like this?
