Front Driver Power Window Squeak.
Another day in the life of owning an 18 y/o car.
Window would squeak going up and down. No signs of scratches or rubs on the glass. Pulled off the door panel, peeled back the dust shield. Thought I'd have to pull out the regulator, but was able to reach the center track and window tracks with it still in. Smeared a bit of grease on the center track and a bit of silicone in the window tracks. The sealer used for the shield was mostly dried out and turned to dust. Was more effort to clean it out from the cavity. Some of it was still pliable so I just used what was left to secure the shield.
All better now.

Nice!
On my '99 TL, the power window failing was actually what got me into working on the car. One day after parking, my passenger slammed the door shut and the window simply fell down inside the door! Kind of unrelated but I just remembered it when reading your post.
Glad you got it fixed up!
