Just curious if any body parts can be swapped ie; entire front end qtr pannels hood headlights ect have damage on my 01 cl and an opportunity on a realy cheap 03 tl thats got a blown tranny can i sawap any parts from one to the other other than wheels and radio visualy looks as if itll all bolt up just wondering before i waste 350 on stok wheels and spare random parts and clips

Some parts certainly do as they are the same generation. However, some major body parts (like front fender) do carry a different part numbers. I did a somewhat random parts check on ACURAOEMPARTS and Rockauto, Both seem to delineate between 1999-2001 and 2002-2003 where there's a difference.

Wheels, glass and many other parts show the same PN.

I'd suggest you make a list of parts to replace, then compare them yourself . While the PNs may differ on individual parts of the front clip, the entire ass'y from the 2003 may fit.
