New Wheel/Tire specs thread with pics

Rules of this thread. Much like this thread: https://acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=15225

Difference, a little more info and post a picture of your car with the wheel/tire combo so users know what it looks like on your TL. To host a picture, use www.imageshack.us.

This is mine for an example, you need not post your stock setup if that is all you have.
Post only specs and pic, no additional posts, if you have a question or comment about a user's wheel, please PM them

you may want to add if you have an AT or MT since there is a difference in fit

just confirming

i like your setup and am planning to do the same (for the same reasons). can you confirm that you have 255/40's on the rims? everyone that i have spoken to says that 255 is too big for a 8.5 inch rim?

thanks!

Suggestion to 6MT owners: please add if spacers are needed to clear the Brembos.

My first post

...Im going to pick up a 6 MT Saturday. I currently own a A4 1.8t and Ill be getting rid of it. I love modding my cars but I am new to Acura. I currently run a set of BBS CH (18 in)...I know plenty about wheels for german cars but next to nothing about wheels for Japanese cars.

That said...I love your wheels...I checked them out and would love to pick them up in the anthracite finish with the polished lip. I'd like to buy em and mount em ASAP...but I dont know a damn thing about Enkei...how's the quality? Have you had any problems with the finish or the wheel's strength?

As soon as I have my car ready to go...Ill post it.

TIA for answering my questions.

Privat Kraftwerks

1. Brand of Rim - Privat Kraftwerks
2. Rim size (diameter and width) - 18"x8.5"
3. Offset - 35mm
4. Brand of tire - Pirelli NeiroZero
5. Tire size - 245/40ZR18
6. Drop Type and Amount - None
7. Do they rub - With car loaded up with five people there is a slight rub
8. Transmission type (use of spacers if 6MT) - 5AT
9. Picture

The polished steel lip looks a lot better in person than in the pictures. It catches the sunlight and really makes the wheel look cool. It also reflects the blue LED courtesy lights at night.

Question Momo Fighter Rims

Fellas...I need some help.

I'm sitting here ready to hit the "send" button to order these bad boys from 1010tires.com but they give me this lame fitment notice.

The Momo Fighter 18" wheels will not fit a 2005 Acura TL.
18x8 - 42mm - 5/114.3
42mm is a too low offset for a 18x8 wheel.

Is this true??? Any help you guys can give would be greatly appreciated.

nice. very nice. by that picture i'm thinking Hollywood Hills, Mulholland, or Palos Verdes. My friend (a chick) has these same rims in 19" on a Black TL. 20's fits well and next time you can try a 245/35 it'll likely work despite your low (34) offset .,.....since your only 8.5 on width.
