99.999% of tsw wheels will not clear the bbk... you might need anywhere from a 5mm to 10mm spacer... no telling what it is... if you go anything above an 8mm spacer you will be forced to roll on 235... I preffer 245...

Anyone know if 245/40/17 tires would fit on an '06 TL w/ stock wheels?

Just the normal 17" thick 5 spoke wheels.

Any help is appreciated!

Here a answer i got from my question from another post, regard a little more wheel protection"

Dude, there was no sarcasm. Just merely stating that there is alot of information proving that it a 245/40/17 fits stock tires.

either one works... but 245/40-17 is closer to 235/45-17 than 245/45-17

personally either works... I'd suggest to go with whichever is cheapest

or roll on 255/40-17 and call it a day

Will these fit my car?

NBP TL-S 08
KMC Dime 20x8.5
Falken 452 245/35/20 tires< i'm kinda iffy about these...i dont want a thick tire...I think I'll be better off with 235/30/20 since I plan on dropping it about an inch and a half in the near future. What do you guys think? Will this wheel be a problem for my brembos?

no these will not, the le37 are discontinued if you didn't know, so you will actually require high disk clear model... 18x7.5 in front will never clear bbk in a +50 even if it were high disk clear if you added maybe a 20-25mm spacer it would work but then what is the fun in running a 7.5 wheel in such a big car

if you have a 6speed or a type s you will need to run spacer for the fronts 3mm to 5mm, not sure which size specifically

as for them fittin on a TL... they fit all day

245/30-20
if you remain non staggered

if you go staggered then get wider for the rears for lip protection

Need your advice ASAP. Found a killer deal on these AME's but idk if they'll work.

Wheel Make/Model: AME Tracer FS01
Wheel Size (**X**): 18x9
Wheel Offset (+**): +25
If lowered (amount): n/a
Vehicle: 2005 Acura TL AT

Is the offset a problem?? But if you think they'll fit, what would be the best tire width? 255?

Thanks a ton. I've been leeching info from AZ for years and its bout time I expressed some gratitude!

That's going to be an aggressive fitting wheel. I'd probably go with 235's to make sure that fits and even that's pushing it

Need your advice ASAP. Found a killer deal on these AME's but idk if they'll work.

Wheel Make/Model: AME Tracer FS01
Wheel Size (**X**): 18x9
Wheel Offset (+**): +25
If lowered (amount): n/a
Vehicle: 2005 Acura TL AT

Is the offset a problem?? But if you think they'll fit, what would be the best tire width? 255?

Thanks a ton. I've been leeching info from AZ for years and its bout time I expressed some gratitude!
dropped?

I ran 245/40-18 on a 18x9 +25... 1.5" frontal drop, 1.2" rear, no rub infront, rub in back but I didnt have the fenders rolled

front is good, rear will require negative camber, as well as fender rolling, biggest tire you could run is 255, but expect to run into rubbing issues, 245 worked for me
