^ I got them from the Assured Automotive webstie
http://www.assuredautomotiveproducts...s-ACDDW225.htm

But if you do a search, there's a new vendor on here that's selling the quad exhaust tips now. I forget the vendor's name.

I agree. But it's not the shiny chrome that makes them look better, it's the double wall. The depth and "sport" that it adds is great. Best $100 bucks I've spent on my car.

Can anyone provide more details on what was shaved to fit the tips? What did you use and how did u shave the exhaust opening on the bumper to fit these tips.

I have 2004 with the A-spec rear.

If you notice, all these tips are pointing out a bit. They aren't straight with the car like the type-s exhaust is. Thinking about it now I can't remember why but that's just how it is. At first I didn't like it, then it grew on me, then I really liked the look.

Anyways, the inside corners of the aspec exhaust port areas will need shaved down just a little bit. It's underneath, in the back, and ultimately behind the tips. So it really doesn't matter. And I think my welder just took a sawzall to it...

Can you post pics of what to cut? I'm not sure if my shop will be willing to cut it for me and I'd like to do it before I go.

Quads installed... they are a tight fit. I didn't trim the inside of the bumper, it's a must to tuck them up higher. This was the highest I could go to clear the bumper and without sticking out too far.

They are 2.25'' in, dual 3'' outlet.

+1 with TLDude876.

I have that setup, but I switched to a type-s rear bumper.

Do it! After I installed the a-spec type-s rear lip the tips look way better. I still think I need to have them rewelded since they point out slightly, however, the look is growing on me.

Not the best picture for the exhuast tips, but it will give you an idea of what you can expect.

Check out the link in my signature to see my website. The 3" polished quads ($109.99) will fit the base TL even without the aspec lip.

I just had the quad tips, The only problem is they are a little low from the bumper.... Any idea how to raise them a bit higher?
