It’s still not spring here in Michigan!!

So again yet again I went for MX over mods!! I replaced my old worm OEM rotors and pads with these drilled/slotted joints. I also painted the calipers (properly) red to match the new lugs tat will be going on. I’ll get that Aspec one day....hopefully. I’ll do the rears in a few weeks, let’s pray it warms up by then.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
Correct, the shop I took it to in SLC relived the black plastic piece, cut the tip length down as well as the exhaust, then tweaked em outwards. I do believe the tips are 3-3.5”. I can’t recall honestly

So i sold the Niche’s and I’m looking at changing the wheel set up. So far I’m leaning toward the Avid AV20 or Avid AV32. I’m going with 18’s this time around for ride comfort and so i don’t have to raise to the TL, I likes it low!! Question is what width and offset will help me accomplish a flush to the fender look? I’m also running15MM spacers on all four corners. Open to all suggestions. I can’t keep it like this for long, the wife is hounding me!!

So I decided to go with the Avid1 AV20 version in white w/ specs of 18X9.5 +22 offset. Going to take the spacers off as well. So another question is what is a optimal tire size? I was thinking 215/40 but I also want a more comfy ride. Suggestions?

215 on a 9.5 isn't going to be comfy. That's like a fat man in skinny jeans!

I’ve been so super excited to get these on! Looking at the pics they poke out quite a bit, going to have to run some negative camber for sure. Since moving to Michigan the TL is a summer ride only. Thoughts??

Lift...

In looking at your garage, looks like the builder saved abotu $100 and put standard doors in. You can still convert to "High Lift" Doors and get a lift (or two) in your garage
- There is a person in the midwest that can spec and send the parts you need
- Takes about a day of mods per door. More on the first if you take your time
- Need to get a shaft driven opener (much quieter) like a LIftmaster
- Then get a nice two post assimetric and put your jack stands away.
- Impressed you have a drain.

The garage is a mess and will be cleaned up this weekend!! My 3rd car spot is used table saw and other shop items for the wife’s Etsy business. As far as a lift I’d be nice but I don’t plan on staying here in Michigan long term. With that being said Breezy the house will be up for sale in 3 years if you want 1st dibs!

The house is actually really nice! 4 bed, 3 bath, fully finished basement, and about 2500 sq ft. I believe we paid around 240K for it, maybe 230K.

No exterior lights? I don't want it! haha

Nice looking place. Wish I had a 3 car garage, hell I'd take a 2.5 at this point. My 2 car is tight with both in there. Can't have anything on the walls and its not super deep so you walk out of the door to the house and you are on the bumper of what ever car is there... Never again will I have a 2 car garage, but for a first house and a budget you have to compromise a little.

We have outside lights, they’re just recessed under the awning near the garage doors. The neighborhood is really nice and I can’t complain. Thanks for all the compliments fellas

Aspec keeps slipping away!!

So I had half the cash saved up for that Aspec kit but I am electing to do a repaint on the front end, hood, and 2 fenders. I was quoted at 1700 which I thought was more than reasonable. Aspec will have to wait yet again
