Indeed they are! When she bought this, they had a few SX-L Fully loaded with some crazy ass options for 30K. Electronic parking brake, fold in mirrors, heated wood steering wheel, premium leather seats which you can get in pure white! The 2014 Optima is going to kill the game of sales. The minor refreshments was just insane! Kia is def stepping up their game, I would love to get a SX-L 2014! She's done a lot of minor mods here and there already. BTW this is the 2014 Optima

Thanks bro! No worries, she ordered the SX grill and LED-DRL's. Her front end should look like this.

Well, the lady got rims on the car yesterday. 20 x 9.0 with 35 offset MRR HR2 wheels. Her stock setup is 17 x 6.5 with 50 offset.

The wheels have a stance about 1/2 inch if not a little more poke out the fenders. She got a great deal on these wheels, lightly used with 6,000 miles and came with tires for $850.00. When she told me she bought them I asked if she looked at them for bends but she did well, they were almost near perfect. Here they are

I may be wrong but I think with the 20's and how flush they are with fender...a drop probably won't be possible. She'd end up needing a pull, maybe roll and/or adding some negative camber.

Plus, you know, girl driving a dropped car =

She's already lowered by 1.5, any lower she will be rubbing.

I got lucky with her, she loves the TL and goes to car shows. That type of women is RARE.

It's been about two month since posting anything new. Just been attending a lot of meets with the lady. We did the last one together (Eat, sleep, Race meet). The blower is been doing well, been using a 3-4 gallons of 100 unleaded octane mixed with 93 to help in this summer heat. Going to attend the Fresh Meet this Saturday, so more pics will be posted!

Big thank you to Jarrod Coleman for this photo!

Damn I need that intake to get my whine louder. How about giving my lazy ass some details on that intake and where to get.

Also how low does the actual intake sit? How about some pics specifically of the intake area?

Sup MAS! To be honest with you Autozone has a "Build it yourself" intake kit. Just get an extra straight tube and a 90 Silicone elbow with a 3 inch intake filter and your set. It bolts right up to where I have my AEM bracket. You can buy a special clamp around bracket. It sits about 2 inches below the headlight. I could have routed it lower or towards the front grill but I was worried about any water issues. Your looking at roughly $100.00 for all the intake stuff.
