if you have a U.S. passport and you are an american citizen then your nationality is american. nationality is where you hold legal citizenship. i think what is being asked here is what HERITAGE or ETHNICITY are tl owners. anyways i'm asian american and a proud owner of a wdp 2006 tl.

I'm american, too. But i'm also black. Well, I'm lightskinned, so technically i'd have to be mixed with something. My tl is japanese, well, really its american or canadian or something like that. But its mixed too because its silver and black. Ahh, my laptop is black and silver too.
But anyway, why are people going crazy about how this is a dumb thread? Its the Acura TL Community. Not the "every word you type must be directly related to the TL site"... well, when you consider the purpose of Offtopic, then I guess you're right. But it's really all about finding out about the people in our community. Look at the poll count, you have all these different types of people, all getting along and united under one flag. Acura TL.
But anyway, why are people going crazy about how this is a dumb thread? Its the Acura TL Community. You're absolutely right, we are all Americans one way or another, regardless of our skin color or what country our parents were born in. This kind of bullshit degrades my joy and exitement for my TL. I thought people with class and maturity would have some sense to buy a $35K-ish car but turns out, these guys are a bunch of immature kids. I'm proud to be Asian-American myself but to see all this "Asian pride" BS is what pisses me off. Let's all please grow up and get a life.
