I posted and originally deleted this post, but I am opening it to show the reason why we probably aren't getting updates since it looks like Honda is publishing individual articles when, as said below, they don't apply to the average user. I can only hope they eventually publish a complete update to prove my theory.

No problem. Glad to help. I have access to the Honda and Acura iN (interactive network), so I check ISIS everyday. I also have access to Honda Service Express as well, as a backup source.

You can definitely find the articles and monthly summary yourself. You just change the last part of the links (i.e. 0A, 0B, 0C, 0D, etc.) and if there is an article or summary, the link will eventually work. Sometimes there are gaps in the letters though, so go up the alphabet. Honda/Acura used to use the 00 as the montly summary, but has since gone to the 0A consistently since May.

Honda did not publish an Acura Service News for January 2014, hence why the link does not work.
