Angry 2004 TL Random Vibration

What my issue is:
Drove the car down down the road and it started to vibrate. I pulled over thinking i had a flat. No signs of a flat and i also looked underneath the car to see if anything was leaking; nothing.
I start to drive again but low and behold no vibrations. Luck me right car fixed it self. So i went and had the tires re balanced. and rotated same day. Two days pass and the car had the random vibrations at 60 MPH for about 30 seconds and went away.
That time i didnt stop driven. It has yet to reappear again. Im at 126k on the car. Also the first time it happened i was driven about 30-40 MPH

Both times i was driven straight. First time i was accelerating and the 2nd time i was just cruising. Added bonus:Steer wheel feels tight on turns but sometime while turning it just feels kinda loose but does not effect the turning just feels looser.

How harsh was the vibration? Sometimes the trans will try to go into 5th gear at 40 on my TL and make the car drone. Going to 4th stops the issue!
