Couple of questions:
Did you guys use high temp paint for this?
Does the paint that the auto stores mix up for you come in different brands (like Krylon Fusion, or the high temp stuff) or is it just a certain brand or type?

i think your right im gonna try for the gold flake, instead of the blue, with a gloss black on everything, else except for the chrome ring and the gold emblem.

My Grill screws will not budge
I want to take the grill off my hood and fix it up, but my screws will not loosen. Has anyone else had a problem with their 4 screws coming off. I have taken a wrench to them and they wont budge at all. Thanks for any reply

I painted the black plastic part of my grill with spray on bed liner from the auto parts store, it has a nice textured finish that hides imperfections n chips, it's durable, and won't fade like black spray paint. I even had a top corner cracked off and reshaped the corner with scotch tape and epoxy and then sanded and sprayed with the spray on bed liner and you can't even tell it was repaired!
