Having a problem removing inner tie rod. It has a 17mm nut next to the rack. I bent back the tabs but when I try using a crows foot it just slips right off. Its a tight spot. Not sure if a flash light inner tool will fit the small space to work in. i might try a pair of channel locks. There are no flat spots on the joint itself like many other inner tie rods. Many tools lock onto those flat spots. Has anyone replaced this hard to access part to remove?
