Tranny perfect, except when it's not.

Sometimes the tranny on the 2002 Acura TL shifts and driver PERFECTLY then downshifts to a low gear while driving at freeway speed. Replaced solenoid cluster but that did not cure problem. Changed tranny fluid three times. No help there either.
Any suggestions?
