I like it a lot. I'm warming up to the grill. As it is unique.

Notice the resemblance with the new A8 from the rear. Nice.

I guess controversial styling sells, but I still hate that grill. But I kinda like the side and rear styling though. The rear reminds a little bit me othe G35 sedan.

I was wondering. It looks very similar to the A8. The A8 in the US is the Long wheelbase version. I wonder how much smaller this car is than the short wheelbase version of the A8? I wonder what the cost difference similarily equipped would be too?

I am feeling the new Audi headlights and the grill. Audi will continue to become sportier and VW more luxurious.

Good work, IMO.

From my observations the rear trunk lid and the horizontal piece on the front grill will have to be redesigned to accommodate our license plates. Other than that, it's one hot looking Audi!

The next-generation Audi A6, which comes to the UK late in 2004, has been caught on camera during cold-weather testing. The new A6 will be one of the first Audis to adopt the company's dramatic new grille styling, which is larger and deeper than any previously worn by an Audi - note the deep, single-piece disguise panel in the centre of the car's nose, which follows the outline of the grille, with an air intake below the number plate. The new A6's body styling will be a gentle evolution of the current model - don't expect any BMW-style theatrics here - and the cabin promises to offer more space and luxury. Audi is also working on the new car's suspension to improve the ride and handling. Engines will include a version of the 3.2 V6 petrol unit developing 250 bhp, as well as refined diesels.

Spy Shots: 05 Audi A6
Nuvolari, new wave.
by Brenda Priddy (2003-12-22)

Audi offered clues to the next-generation A6 styling when they introduced the Nuvolari Quattro Concept at the Geneva Motor Show in March of 2003.

The next A6 is expected to arrive in time for the 2005 model year, with the Avant version and possible coupe to follow. Expect an aluminum space frame and a variety of engines, all the way up to a 420-hp, 5.0-liter V-10 for the next S6.

I don't like that new grill at all. Comes down way too much on the side.

Audi is planning the world debut of its next-generation A6 at the Geneva motor show in early March, but our spy caught the 2005 model a little early during cold-weather testing near the Arctic Circle.

Scheduled for launch this spring, the sedan will be the first out of the gate, followed by a wagon six months later and possibly a high-performance coupe some time after that. All get Audi’s new face.
