Are struts/coilovers interchangeable between 01-03 Cl and 98-02 accord?

Are struts/coilovers interchangeable between 01-03 Cl and 98-02 accord?
Ive seen a few places that mention both 98-02 accord and 01-03 cl for specific suspension parts. Are certain parts such as sway bars and struts/coilovers interchangeable between cars?

Also does the 99-03 TL fall into the same suspension?

yes to all the above. most suspension parts are the same for the 6th gen accord and 2nd gen TL/CL.
