same nbp, I was thinking maybe tuxedo black from licolns but I like the stock color enough to keep it.

Youre probably the first to leave them on for prep and paint

Good choice on keeping it NBP. I think it looks amazing when the sun hits it and you see the blue pearl.

yeah it really needed a paint job too, The paint was fading basically everywhere and then there was this :

Car looks great. I hate to say this though, but your hood and paint could have just been buffed out and it would have looked just as good for far less.

the clear on the hood flaked off. I got an amazing deal on the paint job (amazing trust me)
so no biggie

Yea the OEM clear kinda sucks. The previous owner didnt take care of my car as well as I had hoped and there are a few small areas where the clear is flaking.
