My 2003 Cl type s
Hey guys,
this is my 2003 Cl type s, got it thursday and love it. I had a '98 honda accord before and while me and my buddy worked not the car, problems were more frequently coming up and the expenses were to much to handle. Found this about a month into my car search and love it. Has navigation, hid, heater power leather seats, all the little goodies. 6-speed is smooth and awesome. Still having to get use to the torque, coming from a 4cyl i am use to having to downshift if i really need to pass. Anyways i love it so far and i will get some new pics soon once the snow storms in new england pass over finally.

Nice looking car. I have to agree, after new wheels with no drop, it looks a little high in the saddle. I have a P model that came with 16's. I put on some wheels and tires which improved the look, but still needs a drop. There seems to be no end to what you can do to these nice cars and an endless amount of knowledge on this board to get where you want.

I do have some plans, just need this winter to be over with already. Looking at tint and a small lip for the trunk. Eventually i will get the comptech icebox of which i heard good things about. Hopefully the tax refund will help with my cause.
haha no doubt, maybe try to get some time at winslows auto body again

yeh, well on my old accord i had tein sport coilovers which were great (the only thing working on the car by the end haha) so i would look at basic or super street coilers if anything. Have to see how much i am getting back from my tax returns before i start anything.

Nice car. Question for everyone, I too have recently purchased the same car and suffer from the mighty wheel gap. But how does it ride when you drop it? I'm coming from an AWD Talon with expensive coil-overs and I don't want a rough suspension anymore. I'm sure this will benefit the OP too.

Your ride is obviously going to depend on what coilovers you get.
I got Tein SS-P's and the ride quality is great and I got them on the stiffest setting.
Tein Basics are a lil softer from what I've heard and will drop the car a lil lower.
K-Sports are going to be the stiffest and also provide the worst ride quality.
Those are the ones that come to mind first. Hope that helps.
