From the pics they look to be at least under +30 offsets maybe even as low as +15 with that front flush-ness, my +30 offset 8.5" wides look about the same but not as poke as yours.

yeah i would have said 10 front and 20 rear.
I did a 25mm spacer in the rear (8.5" wide +5 offset)for a show once and it was deff poked..lol
But honestly son ,mad love for another member with a black cl stance'd on bbs's!!!!!
I will be posting my new setup soon, then you will have to play catch up, lol
18x9.5 all around +10 rear and +15 front, 4" drop, maybe +5 rear, after I flare the rear fenders.

Lol.. that's to wide for me here in NJ. The most I'll do is 19x9 et 20's and play around with some spacers if needed. and thanks
